Hello, does the bar come with brackets that need to be screwed into the wall/door post? And does the bar extend into the brackets? How sturdy is the bar? Can we practise gymnastics on it?
Hello! Fits most interior doors (width range 65-105 cm), it is suitable for a user with a body weight up to 100 kg. The box contains the bar, and two steel mounting caps screws. Meets standard regulations: EN-ISO-20957 Stationary Training Equip. It is recommended to use the mounting caps when using the bar. Thanks for your question!
