I'm giving 4 star because as a rating, but that's coming in vs pro gloves. At the price, the leather is good quality and the build of the gloves is great. The feel nice on the inside and the hand support is good. Wrist protection from the panelling on the back of the glove is brilliant compared to the likes of Twins at the same price, while still allowing your wrist to move in the correct technique. Would recommend for sparring.

They fit well, the materials feel of quality except for the packaging, they are anatomically different and very different from Muay Thai, look for other brands if you want to practice Muay Thai. Comfortable and different.

Hello, I bought these gloves and I am e-na-mo-ra-do of them. They are of high quality and are quite compact. Mine are 14oz and I have no problem training with the knuckles. The price is very worth it. They are masks, yes... But I already tell you that I would pay for them again and even faster after having the experience I have with them. Regarding the dollar/euro issue, I cannot help you much since I am from Spain, but if you are concerned about the quality of the gloves, I would tell you to buy them 100%.

Yes, these are good gloves for bag training and sparring. The important thing is the weight of the gloves that has to do with the padding they carry. To fight, professionals use 8-ounce or at most 10-ounce gloves that cause more damage to the opponent and with a rope closure that holds the wrist more. To train, they have to have enough padding to protect your hands in bag training and to protect your sparring partner and have a velcro closure (like these) so you can easily put them on and take them off during training. (for example to jump rope or put on gloves). For that, these are perfect. Now we go with the ounces. I weigh 67 kgs and train hard, I have the 14 ounce ones and use them for bag training and sparring. If you´re a heavy person and you hit really hard, you might consider buying the 16-ounce ones for more protection. If you are very small or a woman and do not train very hard or have small hands, you can consider buying the 12-ounce ones.My son, who has fought in semi-professionals, and his coach, who knows more about these things than I do, recommended them to me, and the truth is that I am very happy with these gloves, I have had them for two years and I have given them a good beating of workouts and they hold up very well. I also train kick boxing and wrist protection comes in handy to block kicks.
