Although it took me longer to receive the shoes than stipulated, I am very satisfied with my metcon 6. It was definitely worth the wait. I love them and the price too. There are already three pairs of Nike that I acquire through traininn and there will be a fourth.

I'm suspicious because I'm a staunch Nike fan, but I don't trade METCON for anything. The 5 showed to be a much improved version of the model, but the 6 managed to overcome a little more. Greater breathability, more flexible, lighter weight, a stronger base and all the stability you want. I recommend!
