Inspired by the Tri-Star design made famous by the American brand, the Metcon 6 upper has a thin, breathable engineered mesh that gains in grip thanks to several heat-sealed reinforcements aligned with the triangular wedge drawn by the midfoot traction band. This sole unit’s cage-like extension continues to increase grip, making it easier to climb ropes and various structures in the box.

The Metcon 6´s dual-density foam midsole now comes with a firmer, springier heel to provide your Achilles tendon with improved shock absorption. The rubber outsole increases traction over covered surfaces, while the new Hyperlift sockliner allows quick heel adjustments for added stability and support. The most breathable version yet, the Nike Metcon 6 helps keep your foot cool when you´re going full steam. - Nearly 18% more breathable than the Metcon 5, this version has lightweight mesh that keeps air flowing and your foot cool. A durable screen print reinforces the mesh without sacrificing breathability.

- A low, flat and wide heel creates a stable base for weighted exercises. A removable Hyperlift insert lets you adjust the height under your heel from one set to the next.
