Nike React now plays a key role in the Metcon 7’s midsole. Whether it´s for intense cardio routines or cranking up your burpees, the Oregonians’ #1 quality foam improves cushioning and responsiveness in every move. The rubber outsole’s new herringbone pattern delivers unstoppable traction from asphalt to concrete, while the rugged grip of the midfoot vertical strip helps you climb the ropes with ease.
The Metcon 7´s upper blends innovation and comfort with a classic, back-to-basics look. A thin, highly breathable Engineered mesh receives heat-sealed reinforcements for durability and consistency. A vertical heel clip enhances stability. Support is improved thanks to a Flywire lacing system lacing system that hugs the midfoot and provides added grip; meanwhile a tongue flap keeps the laces locked in place.

The shoe is very good, it provides a lot of stability for LPO exercises, as well as for climbing rope. It's not so good for running, because tennis is hard, but if the WOD has more LPO exercises than gym/running, it's worth using. I would buy again in another model, for sure.

I haven't used the sneakers yet but, when I opened the box and saw them, I was quite surprised because I consider them much prettier in person than in the photo. I already have another similar model, although I bought it elsewhere, and if this one is the same, I'm sure it's super comfortable.

Being a basic weightlifter, I was looking for a versatile and stable pair for crossfit because it was impossible for me to do a snatch or a clean without suitable shoes, but those for weightlifting are essentially for this discipline, I finally found it!
