Using their advanced Flyknit mesh, the Metcon Flyknit 3 have a highly breathable upper that adapts to your foot like a sock. These shoes’ bootie-like design is complemented by a padded heel collar to give your feet more comfort. In addition, the Flywire lace system, woven with Vectran filaments, provides a high support ideal to keep your foot always in position.

In order to provide greater durability to the Metcon Flyknit 3, Nike has decided to provide TPU reinforcements on the toecap and sides, which are integrated into a low profile, durable rubber outsole that will keep your feet on the ground no matter how hard is your training pace. The Tri-Star pattern on the sole, designed to embrace your feet in order to make rope climbing easier, also gives you an outstanding traction on asphalt, concrete and other urban surfaces. The most comfortable Metcon to date, the Nike Metcon Flyknit 3 delivers the flexible breathability of a Flyknit upper with an updated collar for comfort. Its drop-in midsole works in tandem with firm plastic on the heel to provide durability and stability for high-intensity intervals.
