good, the 20 kg vest is weight adjustable (kg x Kg)? If so, how many pockets do you have? What material is the ballast?
Hello, the vest measures 33 cm width and 40 cm height (at shoulder level). The sides are open to adapt to different body constitutions, it has a tape to adjust it to the body. 20 kg version has 8 front pockets and 8 on the back. Inside they have sand ballast, which can be put on and taken off. Thanks for your question!
