Basic and complete isotonic drink. It is the drink with the most important electrolytes that are lost during physical exercise. It has no sugar, which is important. And they sweeten it with sweetener. They are not as coagulant as other isotonic drinks, in the throat or mouth. It has a little caffeine to revive you a little when exercising. They are practical, one tablet for a 500ml water bottle. They dissolve quickly and store well in their tube. They come in various flavors to vary the taste of the drink.
