The CARNITIN DIET BAR, is a satisfying bar with fat burners and a delicious flavour and which can be eaten as a snack at any time of the day.

One of the nutrients in the CARNITIN DIET BAR is carnitine, which helps to improve the carriage of fatty acids to the interior of the cell as far as the mitochondria, where the fatty acids are used to produce energy. The carnitine, in addition to being a fat burner, also has the added benefit of providing energy, a useful effect when you’re on a diet.

CARNITIN DIET BAR from Powergym also contains filling fibre, which also increases its volume when added to water and so contributes to the sensation of being full as well as the other useful side effect of fibre: reducing the absorption of fats and cholesterol.
