Accommodating a multitude of functional training types, the adidas Home Rig features 13 height adjustable positioning settings on each pillar, 6 weight plate storage bars with Olympic plate attachments and spring collars, as well as 2 chrome barbell rests and 2 rubber padded safety bars.

It doesn’t end there. 4 different types of carabiner attachments include a lat pull down bar, dual foam padded hand grips and an ankle strap. You can take your functional training to the floor using the adjustable foot plate to the back of the rig, where you’ll also find an upper and lower carabiner attachment with pulley mechanism for application of resistance to your workout.
