If you find the perfect size, they are a delight. I had the Metcon 4 in a 45. I ordered these in that size and they were too large, so I had to reorder them in 44 1/2. Easy return and very fast shipping of new ones. The shoes have a very comfortable and flexible upper, much more than the Metcon. They are a little wider at the front and my foot is a bit loose, but they grip the ankle much better. For gymnastics they go very well and for heavy lifts I see them better and more stable than the Metcon. I would have to use them more, but for now very happy, we will see the durability, but they seem well built.

The truth is that I expected them to be good but they are very very TOP, very comfortable, they are big as always the Reebok brand, and they are quite wide in the instep and toe area.
