I usually wear a 38 but it is small and I bought the 39. There is a lot of difference from one size to another, if you have 38 choose the medium. For the rest, I love them and they are very comfortable !!

I was used to the reebok nano 7 and found it very hard and tight. I ended up buying the same number of nano 7 because of the comments, afraid it would be too tight, but wear the same length and have a little more width. They give a lot of stability and are comfortable.
