Reliable speed sensor

Excellent speed sensor, reliable, works well like all the Sigma components I have and have had. I did the installation on the hub of the rear wheel and it works, a little laborious as its application is not simple and immediate due to the spokes that hinder its fixing, however it fits together. To evaluate how long the elastic holding the sensor will last. Alternatively, already tested with other sensors on the hub, you can fix it with a cable tie.

This speed sensor attaches to the front hub (or rear) and transmits via ANT+ to your Sigma GPS bike computer. It comes with a battery included (CR2032), it's low power and has auto shut-off when the wheel isn't turning. It's accurate, and very light weight, and since it attaches to the hub (w/included o-ring) there's little effect from rotational mass - it doesn't unbalance your wheel like the old style magnet/sensor system. At $CAD32 I think it represents a fair value for the money.

Mounted on the hub of the front or rear wheel. It counts revolutions, so if the hub is not turning, it won´t count km.

Of course with full warranty and they work perfectly...don´t forget they are from sigma and Ant+ system. It is more the schools that exactly in the same place of rear and front wheel that it had with the previous ones... of the same brand for carrying a cyclocomputer of this brand and with the professionalism of bikeinn. My friends give me the Sigma Rox 4.0 ciclocomputer without any accessory. I need the speed one and this is compatible, right? I need a magnete to put on the wheel or this one is without it? Thanks

You don´t need any magnets, it attaches to the wheel hub. Rox 4 also measures speed via satellite, probably not as accurate as a speed sensor, so you don´t necessarily need a speed sensor at all.

The Sigma Duo ANT+/Bluetooth Speed Sensor is indeed compatible with the Rox 4. You don´t need a magnet, it comes with a rubber ring that you can attach around the hub.

Hello, It is completely compatible and there is no need for a magnet, it works via Bluetooth. The sensor is mounted on the hub of the wheel and it only needs to be configured with the Rox 4.0.

Hi, I have this setup and it works just fine. No complains so far. The magnetic sensor is actually better than the new type of sensors in gravel - off road. The newer sensors are getting affected but the vibrations. The DUO is not and this is why i like it.
