Impeccable service, shoes arrived earlier than expected. I wanted to try this type of shoe for training in the gym (functional training like CrossFit) and they proved to be a pleasant surprise. When handling a load, the foot is able to naturally widen its toes, and "clinging" to the floor is more immediate, giving much more stability. You have to get used to it a little and consider that since these shoes have almost no thickness or heel, the mobility of the ankle must readjust (movements such as squats could initially be less deep). With these Five Fingers I'm still "learning" to run, in the sprints I feel that the ankles are a little more stressed, but I think it's just a matter of time. I would recommend them for training to those who don't have ankle mobility problems and to those who already do exercises with loads barefoot.

Essential to vary activities with “normal” footwear. I have a 44 1/2 Salomon, tight, my foot is 28.5-29cm, I have the 5 fingers of 45 and they fit like a glove.

These are great gym trainers... switched over to KSO EVO from Fivefingers V-Train that felt good but a little bulky. KSO EVO are comfortable, snug like gloves and provide all the ground feel needed for my Kettlebell practice. Carry, squats, swings, clean & presses, snatching, TGUs, lunges... this foot-glove is even better than my previously fovoured V-Trains.

I'm already a five-fingers wearer and other barefoot style shoes, so I didn't have to get used to them. I mostly wear them bushwalking because I like to feel the ground. I usually wear a pair of injinji toe socks with them, which I like due to sweating, but these aren't necessary. If you are considering five-fingers, please carefully measure your foot to get the right size—not smaller, not bigger.

I like them. Much easier to run in them than in a regular shoe. At first you will have a muscle fatigue. Use the recommendation for adapting to the shoe. I would like also to try the V-run

the product and service were both great. the shoes feel good on the feet and in the gym. one note about the fit - you might want to size up a touch: i usually wear US8/UK7/EU41 and my feet are exactly 26 cm heel-to-toe, but found when I had tried these on at a shoe store that the 41s were a bit too tight especially with the toe socks; the 42s with socks were a perfect fit for me.

These are my first VIBRAM FIVEFINGERS and I have to say they fit perfectly. I probably have the optimal foot shape. The feeling of running in the Evos is simply indescribable, the quality seems to be good. The future will tell how long they will last. I never thought that I would ever buy such shoes. Today I ask myself why not earlier! The Evos are also very discreet so that they hardly attract any attention. So far a clear recommendation.

Perfect sneakers for those who want to run "barefoot". They are perfect in everything, but not perfect for all types of runners. I recommend it only to those who usually wear barefoot or minimalist / zero drop sneakers. Good durability and good traction, even in the rain.

They are the second ones that I buy, I love the KSO evo, the first ones I had I gave them a whip and they did not break, I even took them for a walk along a stone path with edges in a volcano and I did not scratch the soles or at least not that I realized. The only thing I can do against them is that I had to sew the tongue of the left foot once, but maybe that's because I pull it too much to place my fingers when I put it on.

These are very comfortable shoes, thin sole, they dry fast, it's the closest I've come to running in my socks... But my previous pair (M3685) had Velcro on the heel so you could adjust and make sure the shoe is tight These don't have it and I have a feeling that my size is just a bit to big and I have no way to make it really fit.

After taking the KSO, I was not sure about them at all! Very comfy from the get go, but walking downhill one just slides around in it which is normal of course, but the feeling gets exaggerated by the separated toes. Then I've tried them without socks and ... way better. Today I have a vanished. Nothing will substitute for being barefoot, but I can see myself. For everyday use I prefer Huraches and the Merrell Vapor Glove. I have a lot of fun with it, but I do not know how to do it Must really suck. I've decided to keep it for the purpose of the short runs since the feedback and ground feel is reeeeally fun!

Very slight (think lighter), fully flexible easily adjustable with tancas. Very comfortable, they are like a glove. I usually use a size 46 and these, following the sizechart Fivefingers, bought a 45, which has been perfect me. That if they are very sensitive, they have no protection and if you are not used, they can be too sensitive, there are other models with greater protection. Basically it is like walking barefoot.
