I had keo look pedals and I wanted to buy ones that the carbon trim plate wouldn't be destroyed by use and there was this pedal from TIME with the carbon plate protected and this pedal is much better and more comfortable. More contact surface and excellent weight and quality. And with a better design than Look Keo. I loved these pedals.

Hello! I want to know: the jump caps are to consume in competition ?. How and when is it recommended to consume them ?. I was recommended salt tablets, in a trail competition where I had cramps. Since it is assumed that the gels were not enough as well as the foods that he was carrying. Thank you
Hello, We normally take one capsule every 45minuts / 1hour, deppending on the weather. However, we always recommend to follow your coach intructions. Because it will deppend on your nutritional race panning. About your first question, you can take it while training or racing. Regards.
