The resistance of your Tunturi trainer automatically synchronises with the height differences in the video so that the experience becomes even more realistic. Body Artificial Intelligence (BAI) monitor with Bluetooth:
- A clear overview of your training data, a Body Activity Index score and a personal training program in iConsole+ based on your results. These are just a few features that characterize the BAI Monitor.

The bright screen is tiltable for optimal visibility, even with strong reflection, and the integrated Bluetooth module lets you connect the trainer directly to apps like Tunturi Routes, Kinomap and Zwift.

The Body Activity Index score is calculated by combining heart rate, age, gender and duration of the training.

Vary your workouts:
- With a flywheel of 11 kg (24.3 lbs), you generate a maximum power output of 350 watts. Choose from 32 resistance levels or follow one of the 26 exercise programmes. Determine your goal and go for a custom workout: the ergometer lets you build up the wattage in 5-watt steps. This way, you always train at your own level.

A safe and stable workout:
- The E100 has a safe and low step-in. This allows you to exercise safely and responsibly, even if you are inexperienced or restricted in your movement. The foot straps on the ergonomically shaped anti-slip pedals are adjustable, so your feet remain stable while pedalling.

Zwift controlled:
- This Tunturi trainer is Zwift controlled. This means that the speed of the video adapts to your pace. In addition, the trainer monitors the height differences on the video and adjusts the resistance accordingly. The parameters of your training are also shared with Zwift in real time, so you get a good overview of your progress.
