I loved this new model of bosu. Its convex surface has much more grip than previous models, which provides extra security for work on both sides.

A really good bosu, with two years of experience already, and the enthusiasm for training has not subsided. The air has remained inside, no need for filling. The well textured surface is not slippery. Versatile device and good balance training for e.g. skiing. There are good instructions on YouTube and you can develop more yourself.
