Shipping a little slow, but perfect packaging and ok product. There is no point in arguing about the quality of the roller. Installed in simple steps, equipped with all the adapters for both rim-brake and disk bikes, as soon as it was turned on it updated the system firmware and once the Elite app was downloaded on the smartphone it was very simple to start the first ride.

Elite products are always a guarantee, I couldn't choose better. The price at which I purchased it was the best on the web! The only flaw was that the initial estimate for delivery was very different from reality. However, the product arrived intact in the original packaging, opened only to insert the sprocket pack purchased at the same time.

Difficult to be precise due to lack of perspective. After 3 uses I would tell you that I do not regret this purchase. Quick and easy installation. As much for the installation on the ground, the installation of the shimano cassette, and the contact with the PC On the other hand the "Elite" application is tedious, so I installed Bkool and it seems good and functional... I therefore recommend this article.

The equipment arrived at my house in 15 days, even though it went through customs in Brazil where I had to pay 60% import tax. Some damage to the packaging, but no problems with the equipment. With relatively heavy equipment and a large box, something like that was expected. I haven't used the equipment yet, but when I plug it in, it seems to be working.

Everything great with the trainer..the shipping is good..the only thing is for the US costumers, the adapter of the power supply it s not the good one...it s a european one..you need to buy another power supply.....

Arrived in the UK on day 8. No UK import fees or duties as per website FAQ. Best price i could find on the web for the Direto XR-T including delivery price added. Dispatch was fast and delivery trackable all the way. The item arrived in perfect condition. Setup and calibration was easy. Note the Directo XR comes with the cassette installed and the XR-T does not. so you need to have your own cassette for this one. Also the plug is a fixed EU-2prong, not a power supply with changeable plugs for UK Australia etc etc. It is 110-240 however. Defo recommend this seller for this product.

Ordered this trainer to the UK as the price was much less than buying locally. Arrived in 12 days with no extra customs fees or VAT as BikeInn state on their website. It was in good condition and I am very pleased with my purchase. It is quiet, smooth, accurate power data and changes resistance quickly. It can handle far more power than I can produce.

No box, that is the customer´s responsibility. The trainer is set up with a Shimano 10 and 11 body with quick release and thru axle. For Sram 12 groups you need the xd or xdr body to be purchased separately. The warranty is the classic 2 years from purchase.

Hello, yes it comes with the HG freehub for Shimano and Sram 10 and 11V, For Campagnolo you must change the freehub for an Elite model with notches for Campagnolo

You can use it with virtually any Shimano, Sram and/or Campagnolo 10-11 speed cassette. I personally use it with Shimano 105 R7000. I hope it helps.

Hi the freehub will take a 9 speed 10 speed with spacer or 11 speed Shimano compatible cassette, no spacer required.. It can even take the new Shimano 12speed cassette. If you have campag you will need to order a Campag free Hub.

The cassette you install depends on the drive train that is on the bike you intend to put on the trainer. If the bike has a 11 speed shimano than you must put a 11 speed Shimano compatible cassette on the trainer

Hello, as long as you put the spacers there is no problem, the freehub of this roller supports up to 11v, all below too, if your bike was 12v then you would have to buy an extra freehub.
