If you have an active lifestyle, wear Garmin Vivoactive 4. With this smart watch you will control your health through the different indicators shown in its settings. This model is the renewal of Vivoactive 3. Some of the integrated functions that the device has are a barometer, wrist heart rate monitor, heart rate, speedometer and accelerometer.
The screen of the watch is 45 mm, has two buttons for intuitive operation and is also touch. One of the novelties that it has are preloaded workouts that show different movements related to strength, cardio, pilates and yoga. The battery life is 8 hours in smart mode and up to 6 hours when the GPS function is activated. It is compatible with the Garmin Pay app with which you will make NFC payments.
One of the sensors included in the GPS watch is that of oxygen is Pulse OX which measures the oxygen saturation during the day and the rest phase. Also, with the configuration, you can track the menstrual cycle. With the Garmin Connect application, you will store physical and emotional symptoms during each phase of the menstrual period. Also, you can track the amount of water you drink during the day to stay hydrated.

I have been using the Vivoactive 4 for several months, giving it quite intensive use (gym, cycling, running, walking, swimming pool, yoga) and I am very happy with the performance of the watch. I want to highlight the strength training function since I load my training routines on the watch and it only tells you the repetitions of each series with great reliability. Even if you don't have a routine loaded, it is able to guess the exercise you are doing. The only drawback I see is the battery life. If you use it with the GPS function turned on (running, walking, cycling, etc.) it uses more or less 10% battery per hour. The same is true if you use the pulse oximetry function all night, it drains 10% battery per night. That's why I don't give it 5 stars.

I own a fenix 6pro and having to make a gift to a colleague who wants to monitor her fitness and sports activities, I opted for this watch which contains many features typical of high-end Garmins but with a more elegant form factor suitable for both sports and sports contexts. casual"... I also think that the slate gray color is more refined and particular than the classic black. Lowest price on the web. Optimal.

Love this watch. It's my first GPS watch and for the cost it packs in so many features. Use it primarily for running and cycling, and general fitness tracking. Battery life is great, GPS is accurate. Interface takes a little getting used to at first, but then it's very intuitive. Would definitely recommend.

It is the first smart watch I buy. I found it interesting to be able to pay for my purchases with it. Unfortunately, GARMIN does not only work with banks in Spain. I will have to wait for them to be incorporated into the GARMIN PAY application. Otherwise, the watch is very nice and light. It has surprised me with the training options and how intuitive it is to handle. Very happy with the purchase!

The watch works perfect for me. Since is my first smartwatch, i didn´t know what to expect. Great Garmin APP, display is just fine (always display on is awsome), activity tracker works well for cycling, running and walking. Notifications from many apps, battery longs for 4 days in my case. Fast delivery. Returning an item (another watch) can take very long but it's ok.

Hello, it tells you distance, time etc but it doesn´t follow the route. I advise you to follow the gps edge route. Unless you install an application that you can take a route but I´m not sure. All the best.
