The swoosh brand brings us the most comfortable, versatile edition to date in this already legendary sneaker line without losing the stability and durability that you need in CrossFit and similarly intense training routines.
Inspired by the Tri-Star design made famous by the American brand, the Metcon 6 upper has a thin, breathable engineered mesh that gains in grip thanks to several heat-sealed reinforcements aligned with the triangular wedge drawn by the midfoot traction band. This sole unit’s cage-like extension continues to increase grip, making it easier to climb ropes and various structures in the box.
The Metcon 6´s dual-density foam midsole now comes with a firmer, springier heel to provide your Achilles tendon with improved shock absorption. The rubber outsole increases traction over covered surfaces, while the new Hyperlift sockliner allows quick heel adjustments for added stability and support.
The most breathable version yet, the Nike Metcon 6 helps keep your foot cool when you´re going full steam. It stands up to the push and pull of heavily weighted and high-intensity workouts, delivering stability and durability.
The Coolest Metcon:
- Nearly 18% more breathable than the Metcon 5, this version has lightweight mesh that keeps air flowing and your foot cool. A durable screen print reinforces the mesh without sacrificing breathability.
Stability Under Weight:
- A low, flat and wide heel creates a stable base for weighted exercises. A removable Hyperlift insert lets you adjust the height under your heel from one set to the next.
Durable Traction:
- Rubber tread on the outsole and up the side of the shoe provides traction on the ground and grip when you´re climbing a rope.
Versatile Cushioning:
- Foam is firmer under the heel for a secure feel and softer in the forefoot to cushion high-impact moves.
