How to take it:
Carbolider Xtreme. It is diluted in the 750 ml water bottle to be consumed before and during the race. Provides mineral salts and carbohydrates.
Flapjack bar. Bar to be taken mainly before the race as breakfast. It provides carbohydrates of fast and slow absorption so it can also be consumed during and after the race.
Long Energy Bar. Bar to be consumed during the race. Provides carbohydrates of fast and very slow assimilation. Ideal to be consumed in two portions 30 minutes apart.
Paleo bar. To be consumed during the race, it is a fast assimilation bar made from dates, almonds and coconut, which makes it a food rich in fibre, low in salt that provides carbohydrates and sugars that are very easy to consume and assimilate.
Slow Assimilation Gel. To be consumed during the race after having consumed the bars mid-race. It is a slow assimilation gel that provides caffeine-free carbohydrates and amino acids that delay fatigue and improve performance during exercise.
Fast Assimilation Gel. For the last part of the race. It is a gel with 37 mg of fast assimilation caffeine that reduces fatigue and revitalises performance.
Gummy bar. To be consumed at the end of the race. It is an energy bar with a gummy texture and caffeine.
Magnesium. To be consumed after the race to prevent injury and/or muscle damage.
Full Recovery. To be consumed once the race or training is over. It is a supplement specially designed to maximise muscle recovery after an intense session and to be able to face the next day´s exercise.
